I called in to have my car looked at ..I started to explain to the man behind the counter that I had RAC insurance and before I could say anything else he rudely interrupted me and said that this Garage didn't do any insurance work..now if he had let me speak I was going to tell him that I wanted to pay for the work without using the Rac insurance as I was told that the work needed wasn't covered...I took my car to a Fantastic garage in Ballymoney who replaced my clutch and did a complete service on my vehicle ..Maybe some people should learn to listen and stop making assumptions...

I've been using JW for a number of years, I introduced my wife and daughter to servicing with JW. Many service centres have been reported as poor. This defiantly does NOT apply to JW Service, My experience with them had been excellent. Good advice, honest and upfront on parts and pricing. Servicing and repairs carried out, promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend JW.

There team at JW Service Centre provide an excellent service. What I like about them is that they will also pre warn you about replacements, repairs that you will need to consider in the next few months. Really decent company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Friendly service, work carried out quickly and efficiently. Fair prices. Only 15 minutes walk from Coleraine centre if you're on foot. Coffee shop just across the road by the river.
