Used the garage a couple of times before for van and car mot, servicing etc, this time took van in for cambelt change , had an email quote very competitive so booked in for work to be done told on email would take 4 hours no problem was told I could pick it up end of the day , great ready for work the following day , I rang for progress around lunchtime no answer received a return phone call around 4,30 saying needed a part, they'd ring me in the morning , no phone call I rang lunchtime said van would be ready by 2 o'clock, went to pick van up at 2 o'clock, turned out didn't need extra part so took 30 hours to do a 4 hour job . Picked up van drove less than a mile and coolant light came on , lifted bonnet reservoir was empty, no one checked ??, further inspection oily handprints all over bonnet and bodywork I know it's only a van but , surely , no pride in other people's property guys ,??also boot prints over the bumper again no respect guys ??and to cap it all a broken plastic trim under the bonnet where its obvious someone has pulled themselves up on it and it broke , and probably thought I wouldn't notice but well I did .I did try to ring to talk it through but no answer , thanks guys but not again will I return .A shame really help with previous visits.

Fantastic, honest and helpful service. After finding this garage online and reading the reviews I had high expectations and hereford service and MOT centre you have exceeded all expectations. From the initial phone call to paying the bill everything was seemless. The technician showed me what the problem was without hesitation, they were able to fix it there and then. Reception staff are chatty, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this garage and will have no hesitation in returning. Thank you once again and enjoy the biscuits!

Got my Cam belt and Water pump changed. No hassle, straight forward start to finish and even washed the car. Top work from an amazing team. Highly recommend

Absolutely shocking. Quoted £85 for each tyre and when asked if that was the 'fitted price', I was told yes. On collection the price had increased by around £100. They had added fitting, valves, balancing, disposal, and VAT. In 30yrs of driving, I have never been quoted a price for tyres fitted and not had the above included in the price stated.No apology, no reduction, just a 'must be a misunderstanding'.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. There are plenty of garages around hereford that are more than happy not to rip people off and not quote the bare minimum to get customers through the door. If the car wasn't on a deadline to be sold, I would have asked for the old ones to be put back on and walked away.Scam artists.
