The survey was carried out just 13 days after I enquired, the lady on the phone was apologetic that it would be that far away!On the day, Paul was very thorough, described each stage of the survey, and talked me through his findings. The 32 page illustrated report arrived the next day with a clear set of recommendations to follow.As a comparison, the company I found before Alpine have not yet replied to my online request and phone messages from November... Very glad to have gone with such an efficient company, thoroughly recommended.
