Very reliable, really professional and they always have the right advice and right price! Best tyre shop in Stoke on Trent!My wife even feels comfortable going to get tyres herself which hasn't always been the case at other places. The website is great to order your tyres and they send you a text when they have arrived to go and get them fitted! Fast and friendly service!

Had a split tyre sidewall, so an emergency replacement was necessary as no spare is provided with my car, rang Alpha, they had them in stock and could change it straight away and they did, it was a great relief as I live fifty miles away. Very friendly, fast service, no hard sell and low prices. They made my day, fantastic !

I phoned Alpha one morning in February 2016 to see if they could help my daughter who had her 2 rear tyres vandalised overnight. They could not have been more helpful and sent a mobile van out within the hour and dealt with the problem at a very reasonable cost. Well done Alpha !

What a shame it's closed, now ceased trading.Always went to Alpha for all my bike and car tyres.Always had good friendly staff who were very careful not to scuff the bike wheels, unlike some tyre places.
