I’ve had a remarkable experience at kj pco, everyone was very warm and welcoming, the lads are all positive and are full of energy, Shah was extremely helpful and spectacular overall, I would highly recommend kj pco to anyone who’s looking for pco cars to hire for Uber!

I had a pleasant service with KJ PCO. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very efficient with the process. KJ PCO are amazing company to hire from and I would always recommend them.

My first time doing Uber and I came to rent a car from KJ. Shah was brilliant, he guided me through everything, explained everything and answered all the questions that I had, I can’t praise him enough. He is a real professional, a person every workplace needs. Everyone else in the office was also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to others.Keep it up!

First of all ... they lie to you all the time! When you ask for a deposit they tell you that you need to wait 1 month! We waited 1 month and we had to call them again to ask for a refund because they forgot.Secondly, per each penalty you do, they gonna ask you to pay 15 pounds so if you pay 130 for a penalty then when you ask for the refund they gonna tell you that they are going to discount 15 pounds per each penalty you did because that is for administration cost???? But then when they make a mistake and they adress a penalty charge but it want you, as this happened to me... they send me a penalty that wasn't for me from last year and I didn't had any contract with them at that time but even they knowing that I was not the responsible for this penalty the appointed me making me the responsible of this... now I have been calling them for months to ask them to fix this and now I am under Bedt recovery plus agency!!! I called today again and they say the same thing .. that they gonna call and fix it but that never happen.So now I am under A Debt recovery alplus agency and they are not doing their administration duties but then they gonna charge you 15 pounds per each pcn you made because of administration cost???Last thing to say!!! They give you cars that are not in good conditions!! I had to change one of the wheels every month and go almost every 2 days to put air in the tire, even though I wasted time going to the mechanic to change the wheel, the problem continued to persist, so there was something else that was causing that tire to run out of air.AVOID THIS AT ALL COST PLS

I have got an outlander yesterday. Very good condition used car but couple of things were missing and they promised me I will get them at my home address.I have been dealt by Shah… and he’s very friendly and professional guy he explained me everything very well before I signed up.Thanks a lot

I had a rather disappointing experience with KJPCO when renting a car. It seems they are quick to deduct money from your deposit for seemingly arbitrary reasons. I strongly caution fellow drivers against choosing KJPCO. I encountered unexplained additional charges and, despite numerous emails, only received a partial refund. Their claim of a tire issue 48 hours after returning the car left me unsatisfied with their service.

Shah has been so helpful. I was renting a car and was thinking to get into a rent to buy. Shah has convinved me and i am very happy.

I must say that I am very impressed with Shah, he went above and beyond. Definitely, will continue using KJ PCO because of the customer service he provided, did not make me feel like an ordinary customer.Ask for Shah!
