Jonathan was superb from start to finish, professionalism and communication 10/10 - I cannot recommend him and Fine and Country highly enough.We had been looking for the perfect home for such a long time and Jonathan found exactly what we were looking for.By far the the best home buying experience we have ever had.

We have been really happy with the service Marie has provided through Fine and Country. We know others who have also chosen to use Marie and we have recommended her to our friends. This is because she offers all that other agents do but she goes over and above to offer the best service possible. There are many ways she does this.Firstly, Marie is extremely proactive & keeps in touch with potential buyers & sellers; a network of potential clients she clearly works hard to maintain. Marie uses social media as her communication tool and she is very responsive which is handy when time is important!Furthermore, Marie is meticulous at presenting your home in the best way possible, advising you how to layout the house and dress it should you want that help. Marie Fritz has been amazing from Day one. She helped us present our home in the best possible light both for the marketing photos and when having potential buyers view the property. She was always the one showing buyers around and selling the benefits of our home. When it came to negotiating, thats when Marie really proved value for money. She understood the drivers of all our buyers, and negotiated the best possible deal for both parties. Once an Offer had been made, she then tracked progress with our solicitor, their solicitor and kept in touch with the chain to make sure the sale progressed at speed. I would highly recommend using Marie and Fine & Country - heads and shoulders above the rest.

Marie is a superstar. She sold our house for a fabulous price, discretely off the market just using her extensive contact list. She is a people person with excellent skills and a very personal touch. We also then bought through her, and she again, Marie was a delight to work with. Hurdles? No problem. I have since recommended her repeatedly, and personally know two families who have also now bought and sold with Marie smoothly and successfully. Marie delivers.
