Very Unhelpful, I would not even give them the one star but you cannot leave comments if you don't .I was involved with a house swap. The lady I was dealing with had done some alterations and she was told to remove them, which she done. We then found out there was no one to deal with the swap until the 31st. As they were on leave. We were told we were good to go on the 31st, we are now the 31st and I find out this morning they have no idea if we can swap or when we can swap. I lost my deposit with my remoaval company. £250, plus I am living like a homeless person, everything is in boxes. My home looks like a junk shop, and this is to a 62 year old lady, in a wheelchair with lung cancer. Perhaps they don't want me because I am white, I now have to go and tell the lady I am swapping with, that it's thanks to Arawak we will not be exchanging, which also has a disabled child. Good Work Arawak. What have you done today to make you feel proud?

The worst housing associations ever!!! I have been in one of their flat for almost 6 years they are useless and expensive.water was leaking from the ceiling and called them, they didn't even bother to send anyone. I have prove of its recorded on my phone. Also their housing officers are like gangster they dont care they literally tell you if you are not happy, you can leave when you have an issue. For whoever out there stay away from these people. 12 Tennant not single one happy with them and each one of us trying leave. My worst decision ever for joing them!!!! What wages paid for Bigots. .hypocrits..bullies. .liars. .Arawak Walton are liken to empty vessels make most noise without doing nothing..operations manager housing services manager or should they be named MANIPULATE AN LIE DIRECTORS. please somebody wake up and see exactly what Arawak Walton are..They're backstabbing slumlords ask any professional groups re NEGLECT OF PROPERTIES BULLYING TENANTS...OH lord heaven help if you have audacity to complain about them to housing ombudsman etc..they get bent social workers who never see met or know swear on oath u need sectioning.then when a PROFESSOR OF PSYCHIARTRY DECLARES SECTION RESCINDID. ..that meaning it's gained illegally falsely etc then they get the GAS METER MAN ring ur new GP and have him say he concerned cos ur hallucinating. ..and he never see u B4 that day..and did you know British Gas now pay for meter men train to be Psychiartists. .is that value for £ or wot???? I am willing go court to answer this statement cos I have nothing to hide or cover up...unlike Arawak Walton H.A management they'll go any lengths to keep their dispicable secrets buried.

Arawak walton. I have lived in one of there properties for about 4 years now. This last year has been when you got to see there true worth as an housing Association. And it was next to useless they really don't care about the tenants. It's not so much the scheme manager's at fault but the manager above them that could do with some skills in how to treat people and be less in dictatorship.

Pretty good supportive staff and good team. Great place to work too.

Great place if you need help finding good quality housing

Disgusting get 1 star for the handful genuine staff all 6 of them. they care more for shareholders and their profit. Tenants come second to last. If your face fit and you love being a brown nose you be so so. If you got an opinion or a voice forget it. lies manipulation hypocrisy are just three items and if you go housing OMBUDSMAN or solicitor to fight for your rights well mental health team here they come cos this housing association stop at nothing change your GP DETAILS CHANGE YOUR ELECTRIC ACCOUNT AND THINK YOUR WRONG AN A CARD SHORT OF A DECK. IDENTITY THEFT NOTHING SO LONG AS THEY GET THERE OWN WAY.

In terms of my experience visiting this particular premises. Ive visited the establishment located within twice so far in connection with a particular ongoing matter. From the moment i enter this premises im made to feel i am in good company. Greeted by friendly smiling faces which is always a reassuring experience. The reception staff are all very informative and you get a sense of honesty and the desire to help. As for the subject matter itself, this is a personal and sensitive one that should have been dealt with a long long time ago in the way it was promised but never fulfilled..

Very bad customer service, or should I say useless as they completely ignore people. Waist of time, do not recommend.

I have been with this housing for fifteen years and to call it shoddy is to be kind from unpassed urgent messages to repair men that dont show up but what takes the absolute biscuit is on friday evening the underneath of my sink collapsed as it was out of hours i phoned the 0800 urgent number never had to use it before and it just kept repeating in aloop it would not put me through to anyone i had to get my own plumber if i knew what i did now id ratherbe homeless than be with this housing
