Used self service screens to order. Easy to use. Pager system in use to alert you when food ready so you can sit down straight away. The food came quick, hot and fresh. I’m telling the truth here; it was the best burger I ever had. Cheesy fries and wings as sides were delicious. Tasty milkshake. I like the idea of a wash station they have to clean your hands as it can get messy. Well done team. Will come back again

Came in today and the place looked great, the guy that served me was helpful and friendly. Service was top notch and they even threw in some free sticky bites for my birthday. Food was absolutely amazing, flavours were on point and the burger was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!

An exceptional service and the nicest chicken in derby. The burgers are great and the portions are uniform and filling. Ample seating and clean toilets. All round best place for burgers in town.

Went in for lunch and the staff (fernando, Morgan, tharinda) were incredibly helpful. They were patient whilst I deliberated over what to order and their recommendations were spot on as the chicken burger was delicious! Overall excellent place but a little pricey as it cost £15 just for a burger chips and drink.

Burger did not taste that good. There was too much sauce on the chicken, eliminating any taste of the chicken. The only good thing on my tray was the fries. They were okay. Pricy and won‘t be back for a very long time. If ever.

Been here twice now and its been top notch both times! Me and my boyfriend absolutely love it here, will definitely be coming back. Its one of our new top places to get burgers, I highly recommend! And its even 10% off for college and uni students!!!!

First time going to a Boo, food was excellent however the design of the restaurant is not good at all. As soon as you walk in there are 2 touch screens so you can order your food, these needs to be on the left hand side near the window in my opinion and have at least 5 screens on the go. The screens were slow and because of the position you are hit with a queue as soon as you come through the doors. You can of course order at the till as well but no one was doing there when we were there.If I visited on my lunch break at work (we visited at 12 on my day off) I don't think I would get served and eat before heading back as the whole process is very slow.Having said that everything we ordered was delicious. You can customise as well which is great. We ordered the Booloumi (Halloumi) burger and the Chickaboo burger, both very tasty and for the price (approx 6.50-7.50) we thought they were a great price. The rustic chips are also very tasty. Both burgers were a bit...steamy? There was dampness on the buns, also the halloumi burger was presented differently than the Chickaboo - I assume so you can see the difference however we weren't actually told which was which.You get given a buzzer if you order via kiosk or in person which means you can relax and collect instead of everyone standing around.Everywhere was clean, there were a few staff members going around, we were asked how our food was which was unexpected but nice, we mentioned about the touch screens and they said there is already another on the way.Everyone was friendly. Definitely be back in the near future!
