This was a repeat visit to the store and we were really pleased to be able to order from you again. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the showroom is excellent and the service was very good (as it always is!). We chose two mattresses for our sons that were delivered within a few days and they are thrilled with. Would definitely recommend Sussex Beds to friends and family and will, no doubt, be back to see you again in the future!

great company, sales person was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. we only went to look and left with an order of the Bamboo bed with pillows. got a good discount and bed was delivered in 2 days without parting with a penny. really pleased with the bed too

On first entering the Portslade showroom, my wife and I received a genuinely friendly welcome, followed by a professional and polite consideration of what type of mattress we were looking for. We found the products on display to be wide ranging and very well presented which made our decision making really easy. For most men I would say that is a big plus! The whole process made our buying decision enjoyable and easy. Our follow up telephone conversations were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit to the Portslade shop. We were approached at once by Rohith Miah who was courteous and helped us to choose a bed and mattress, explaining in detail the prices, pros and cons of each. We would definitely recommend the shop to friends and family after our first experience.
