Terrible service. We hired chairs for our wedding and 30 cushions were missing, so our venue had to use some normal cushions to cover the exposed Velcro which didn’t look nice but was more comfortable for the guest but we still ended up having 1 guest rip her dress on the exposed Velcro. The chairs were then meant to be collected on the Sunday but weren't collected until the following Friday, 5 days late. So we had the venue chasing us and us having to chase them which is not the kind of stress you want to be dealing with when you’re on your honeymoon!! Have tried to raise this with then multiple times and have emailed and called and got no response, keep being told someone will be in touch but nothing. Terrible service, would not use again!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Furniture Hire as a reliable, efficient and customer centric company.There was an issue (incorrectly ordered style of chairs) which was resolved quickly, effectively and without unnecessary additional admin - the conference went off as planned!

Great staff who are always willing to pull out all the stops to fulfil an order. I wouldn't use anyone else. The prices are also very competitive and delivery and collection is very reliable.

Absolutely APPALLING. Ordered tables and chairs for our wedding back in June. Was promised the early slot on delivery which is why we went ahead with the higher price than another company. Everybody was there ready to help us set up from 8am but no furniture. No updates or estimates of arrival when chased on the day, finally arrived 6:30pm meaning me and my bridesmaids didn’t get to bed until 2:30am the night before the wedding and had to be up at 5:30am! Chairs were all different colours. Due to be collected before 6pm the following day. Again, no answer/update/apology when we tried to call for information. Me and my husband sat at the empty venue until almost 10pm, (obviously shattered!) Hired our venue on a daily rate so had no choice but to stack all outside the building at that point! They were finally collected 3 days later! (After being sat in the heavy rain might I add). Cleary nobody in this company actually cares - for you or their furniture! Worst part of our wedding by far. Would never recommend.

Great Service from the initial email enquiry. Updated before delivery and on the day. Delivery went well. Items were in good condition. Pick was just a smooth. have already recommended this company .

Great service on the lead up and on the day of the event - the furniture was great quality and delivered in the time slot. I even changed the pick-up time earlier and they arrived without me having to wait at all - would highly recommend and use again.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t a good one. I paid for specific delivery and collection slots. My delivery was over 2 hours late. Customer service tried to help but could only relay what they were being told by the driver when he said he was 5 mins away and then being told that it had already been delivered, and after trying to contact them 15 more times after it still hadn’t arrived Over an hour later, I stopped ringing, it was after 7.30pm by this time and I had no idea what time my delivery would arrive, but I had to wait as I needed the tables and chairs I had ordered for my wedding the next day. When the driver eventually arrived there was no apology whatsoever. The tables and benches were decent quality apart from a few benches that kept collapsing so couldn’t be used. My star is for the customer service lady doing her best to help and Im now getting a refund, but I would rather have had my delivery on time or at least an honest communication of what was happening.

The team have always gone above and beyond in ensuring I get the best range of garden furniture for my community BBQ events.Furniture Hire is good value for money, on time and no fuss. The garden furniture is excellent and practical. A very wide range of choice in styles and sizes. Absolutely faultless and I will be booking a fourth time this year.Thanks to the team for accommodating a tricky Queens Jubilee celebration this year due to bad weather and making it happen. Five stars.

We rented from Furniture Hire UK for our wedding and were very impressed. The standard rental is for a week, which allowed us plenty of time to figure out where we'd like to place everything as well as plenty of time to get everything cleaned up/packed up for pickup. Delivery and pickup were promptly within the hour time slot we were given, and the furniture was inexpensive and of high quality. It looked great and was very sturdy for our garden wedding. I was extremely impressed with their customer service which was prompt and personal. I would definitely use them again!
