Got a great car from these guys start to finish the process was great. From sorting finance to picking the car up in a 7 day time frame I am a frontline worker and due to that I was running late to collect the car up and the guys stayed late to wait for me, over and above the call off duty. Thanks again for the great service

Bought a BMW 2 moths ago. Loved the car and service was great. Aftersale I had a few minor issues and Donald helped straight away and I left happy again. The guys know their stuff and from what I can see only sell quality cars

Bought car with money left to me from papa who passed away, after just under 4 months the car is now needing a new engine as the head gasket went on it and burned engine.Have emailed them but you guessed it no response, if you even consider buying a car from here I WOULD GIVE THEM A WIDE BIRTH. They are happy to take your cash but not deal with any issues, DONT USE!!!!!

Bought a bmw from here and timing chain went after 6 weeks, 2 weeks out with my 1 month warranty, in that time the car was back in with them twice for other issues with electrics/sensors etc but they did acknowledge on the engineering report that they knew about the slack timing chain yet failed to mention it when selling me it, refused to help me as I had done over 1500 miles in 6 weeks, Colin the owner I think is so rude on the phone! Cost me nearly £1000 to put right Absolutely regret buying from this company Avoid!!!

Recently bought a car from this very customer friendly company. We came across a very small issue which they weren't expected to fix but they took the car back and fixed it the very same day of purchase anyway. I have recommend them to all my family and friends. The staff were great in every encounter, before and after the purchase.

Bought a car from here a couple months ago on finance and it has been the most stressful 2 months of my life, a hose for the air intake is loose or needs replaced according to diagnostics and the car has lost around 60% power I tried to get in touch through email and left a voice message to get in touch and was ignored countless times I still haven’t got my V5 from them either so who even knows if the cars actually mine! Terrible service and very unprofessional do not recommend

If you want to be happy, don't buy a car here... at first when you go to buy the car they treat you like a princess... but after they already have the money, you're dirty water... anyway, don't waste your time here

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ..Sold my son a car 10 days ago ..it developed a strange noise and a 3rd party mechanic today thought it was a wheel bearing ..on further inspection the front wheel was literally hanging off . I called to let them know and find out when to bring it in and was subjected by a barrage of abuse by Colin one of the owners ..not an apology in sight ..and apparently I would have to pay to get one of his mechanics to look over the car even though it is supposedly under warranty ...They seem to have no issue when selling the cars but after sales service is non existant. It worries me to think what could have happened if this issue hadnt been picked up ..the outcome could have been catastrophic.I have decided to pay to get the car repaired elsewhere as I do not trust this outfit to carry out any further repairs .Please stay safe and buy from a reputable garage who value their customers both during and after the sales process .

I bought a car 4 months ago from here. Thousands of pounds spent on the car which came with a years MOT. There is absolutely no way her car would have passed the MOT when they claim it had been done.The MOT had been done two weeks before I bought the car at Ashgrove test centre in kilwinning. I tried to contact Irvine car centre because of all the issues with the car but nothing has been done! Since buying the car its needed loads of work done including a new exhaust (which should have 3 parts but for some reason all the parts have been welded together!) an engine mount, and an expansion tank. These issues should have been spotted straight away when it was going through the MOT. The car should never have passed an MOT or been sold to anyone.
