Cadder Housing Association

Took a day off work as was told they would be out in the morning. By 15.30 I'd called 5 times. No one answered so I went down to see them. They then promised 4 pm. Still no one. They finally called at 16.45 to say they'd be out tomorrow! To think I'm over £1000 a year on factor bills for cadder housing. It's a bloody joke.

Don't know much about actual housing service but the cafe is great. Had a lovely lunch. Staff where really nice, food was great and a decent price too.

They should offer people on benefits free if its the gym they want to use. And free fitness no matter what it is. They should offer lower rates when it comes to hiring rooms for the ones that have been here more than ten years

cadder housing are nothing more than cowboys whom steal tenants personnel belongings then try justify it..they do botched repairs then try take credit worthless bunch..

Been a tennant in this housing area for over 23+ years wouldnt recommend moving here.Staff friendly and nice but waiting lists are a joke, housing stocks are a disgrace.We moved in to larger apartment due to last home being damp ridden and too small only to be offered a disgrace of an appartment which we reluctantly accepted.After many botched repairs and more dampness we had almost given up staying in the cadder area.A new build was planned in the tresta road part of cadder and we were notified we were second of 2 places for a housing transfer which we have now been told we have been unsuccessful. Its a joke.Strongly advise to avoid cadder housing.

Cadder housing is the worst housing in Glasgow they don’t listen to occupants and call them liars and I have lived here for 25 years can’t wait to get away from the place

I guess they're trying their best but I'm not keen on taking days off for workmen that don't come out the day theyre supposed to. I don't like to waste days off for nothing.

Cadder Housing Association actually is one I can recommend to anyone, for me it was very easy and quick getting a house. The customer service is top and what more could one ask. Thanks
