Staff here are worse than useless. Missing items on our food had to chase it up twice. Food was tasty though Tables left dirty with plates everywhere even though it was quiet.The restaurant was also freezing cold.Won't be back for a very long time

Had the meat free breakfast, very good and under 4 quid. Coffee was ok even if it came from a machine but prob over priced at £1.50. place was clean and tidy and we'll lit with natural light from the large windows. Overall very pleased.

Staff were lovely, really kind & helpful. The cafe looked really clean & everything Was put away. The food & Drinks were tasty. The only problem was that there were no clean trays anywhere. Aside from that, excellent.

Had full breakfasts , beans were Cold, bacon looked truly under cooked , black pudding was still red in middle.. service was awful as the lady serving seemed like she couldn't be bothered to be there! No stirrers for the coffee, no butter on the plate to go with toast..Had 2 breakfast, coke and latte and honestly I wish I spent the money elsewhere and had a decent breakfast.. won't be going back for another , which is a shame cause the 1st we had breakfast here it was fab.

This is the main cafe.For a while it has been understaffed but even when staffed the service is dismal.The self service option is poor and open to fraud. Waiting for 15 mins for someone to fill the coffee macine at 1200 is not ok.

Staff with blonde fringe young woman mimicked me and were rude. My meal was 50 minutes later they offered a refund after.

The service is awful, not that you could even call it 'service' as the staff barely say a word. No instructions on where or how to get a coffee after we ordered it. Once we asked how to get our drinks we were told cups are on the stand, most of the cups were dirty, you could see other people picking up the cups and putting them back because they were dirty. So people are allowed to touch all the cups but yet there is no condiments out the front due to covid...Staff have no manners, and can't even get a thank you, you are just greeted with someone chewing gum in your face.Food was barely edible although we only had a bacon sandwich. The sandwich arrived by the lady who just put it on the table with nothing said again. wasn't cut but no knives or napkins or any condiments given or offered so again had to ask.No masks worn my staff except one were she decided to wear it below her nose.Very disappointing.

The kids enjoy it, prices reasonable. Had the worlds tiniest portion of smoked salmon pasta, considering there was only little shreds of actual salmon. Other menu items usually generous portions. Someone must have had the other half of my meal.
