Andy and his team at Arden Chimney Sweeps helped us with our new wood burning stove - from initial advice on what type would work best, help and guidance with the purchase and then dealt with the installation of the new stove and the chimney flue. Liam was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable.He arrived promptly for the appointment & was very clean and tidy while sweeping our log burner. Liam gave plenty of advice on how to keep my log burner running efficiently and safely. He left the house clean and tidy and provided a certificate for the sweep .Liam replaced our fire bricks and rope and left log burner spotless.I have no hesitation in recommending Arden Chimney sweeps to friends and colleagues looking for a reliable friendly team and a professional to sweep their log burners /fires. I contacted Andy yesterday and by 4 o'clock this afternoon he and Liam had removed a birds nest complete with a dead crow infested with maggots from my chimney, then thoroughtly cleaned this chimney which I use for a gas fire.Then he installed a chimney pot cowel cover to prevent any further infestation and relayed a chimney corner brick for me which had previously fallen down.On time, courteous, professional and a fair price. I shall recommend Arden Chimney sweeps to my family and friends who have houses with chimneys.

Just had Andy round to sweep our log burner and chimney that we inherited from previous house owners. Andy was brilliant. Really Friendly and extremely knowledgable explaining everything. Very good at his job! Place very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thank you very much Andy.

Andy has recently converted an open fire to a wood burning stove.It wasn't the easiest job by any means as we supplied our own parts that had a couple of issues but he was completely professional, patient with us and has done a superb job.Turned up when he said he would, and a genuinely really nice guy to have in the house (the dog loved him).We're delighted with the finished result and will be asking Andy to come back next year to sweep the chimney for us.Many thanks to Lucy too for organising everything.

First time I have used Arden Chimney sweeps must say I was most impressed the way Laim carried out his work very professional and thorough and very clean wouldn’t know he was in the house also very friendly and easy to talk to about a few things I wanted to know about my stove definitely well worth 5 Stars and will be recommending them and using them again Cheers Laim.Patrick.
