This is a GREAT PUB that serves excellent food. They have great bands on and a brilliant outdoor seating area. It can get very rowdy on a Saturday night as it is now the place to go. You really need to employ personnel to contr the crowds on such nights.

A lovely pub with welcoming members of staff, especially Nico. We had a bad experience from another pub down the road and it was really nice feel welcomed by The unicorn. If you are visiting Somerton, I would highly recommend this pub for your choice as a non bias pub with friendly locals. Nico your customer service was exceptional and you are an asset to The Unicorn! Thanks again.

Excellent pub, working man's pub at the time of day I went which was sat afternoon after working all day digging. Few mates walked in by surprise. Essentially the décor was nice, the beer was tasty and the facilities were perfect. Decent pub in a nice town. Less fancy than some of the other pubs in town.

Absolutely superb, both the chef and the lovely lady healing with front of house couldn’t do enough to help us.Steak cooked to perfection, hunters chicken was delicious!Thank you so much for the perfect dining experience.

Went in for a few drinks and found the place buzzing, staff were very attentive. Only negative they don't serve food until 5pm, could do with more options but that's just my view. Been in a few times and always have a nice experience.

The food was very good however the service very poor!Comes to something when you ask 'Could i please see the wine list for a bottle of wine' and the waiter (young lad with no clue) says there isn't one, you need to go to the bar and look. The very place we started off, trying to see what drinks there were before being ushered into the resturant.When getting to the bar and asking what Rose wine there was, the lad takes out 2 opened bottles of WHITE wine?????Similar story with the food service but too long to explain.Won't be rushing back.

Very welcoming staff, place immaculate and two chili con carne from lunch menu, with a good selection, really were very good. Will definitely go back as cannot fault this place.

We went here whilst on our ‘delayed’ honeymoon holiday. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Plenty of seating and good menu. I had the Pork belly which was absolutely delicious! So good, we booked for Sunday lunch the following day , this time sitting outside. Again it was fantastic food. Both of us satisfied and at a very reasonable price. Well done to Jade for the fantastic table service, well done Chef for your amazing food and well done to Team Unicorn for the overall experience. Will be back soon !
