My Disabled wife and I were in Skegness yesterday visiting. And we wanted to spend a substantial amount of money, in ur store to become a regular client. As my husband has numerous luxury watches, and would've liked to regularly purchase high end models at ur store.However yesterday afternoon, the staff there ignored myself. And we're more interested in girly chatting about a baby!!!Now wheather this was due to me being in a wheelchair, or just plain down right ignorance.This is not the image you want portrayed, by your staff. Because you will end up loosing business,Especially as Rolex has acquired Bucherer. Independant Rolex dealers like yourselves will be fased out.

Two operatives both with a laughable lack of product knowledge ... if your watch hasn't got a battery then its an automatic otherwise how does it work?!!!" Poor service - Would not recommend"

Amazing staff went above and and beyond to help me what I wanted . I Wanted a piece of Jewellery to put a sentemetal thing to me of my mum's. Who past away aweek ago. And got it posted out to me when they said. Even called me to let me know . Which I really appreciate it. Thank you again so much . Would definitely recommend Scott jewellers to everyone.

Staff rude and condescending. Come on girls you're in Skegness, not Hatton Garden! Learn to treat everyone with respect and politeness.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. The piece we bought was beautiful. They have a lot of beautiful jewellery, watches, clocks , ranges in there with a varying price range. Would definitely shop there again

Absolutely amazing staff. Fixed my nans necklace as best they could after other places wouldn't even try then didn't even charge me. This is the second time I've been here as got my daughters ears pierced early this year. Will definitely be frequenting them again.
