Went yesterday, staff were lovely! Very kind and friendly, shop was clean and tidy. Mostly just leaving this review because there was a girl called Elle (unsure of spelling) and I think she was training or is new but she was very lovely! Very helpful, and so was the woman helping her :)

Truly awful customer service. Try and act nice next time, even if you aren't

I took my toddler in here for new trainers. The staff member (I wish I could remember her name. She did tell me) was very helpful and measured my toddlers feet with no issue at all. They had a good selection and lots on sale too. A very easy experience!

I have been there today and it was so bad experience and one of the staff members was talking with us with so bad language

no recommended manager she so rude she doesn't know how how to talking to customers

I had been here to find shoes that feel comfortable to wear all day as my work involves a lot of standing and walking around. I received immediate attention on stepping in and the staff (Soumia) was wonderful and went an extra mile to help me figure out the best fit. She understood my requirements and showed enough shoes to make a good choice. They also sorted out the billing with a nice touch to it which got me an offer for discount! Pleased over all :) Thank you! I’d recommend checking Schuh if you’re in a double mind between Schuh and JD. I had an awful experience there. I am someone who doesn’t want an exhaustive choice list, I need someone who knows their job to help me find what I want . Serving the customers involves listening to them, giving them the time to see what’s comfortable and suggesting ways to increase the durability of the product and that’s what I found at Schuh .Highly recommended!

Decent selection of Shoes for everyone prices okay staff friendly

Josh was extremely easy to work with, listened to me rant on about university and helped me find the appropriate sized shoes, I would recommend the store for its open and warm environment, easy to navigate organisation but mainly for the friendliness of josh and other staff members.They still offer student discount also which was a tremendous plus.
