5 Care Services

I have been working with the company since 7 months and I am really happy working with the company as it has given me platform to grow in care sector. I would recommend this company to the people who are looking to work with them. So happy to be a part of 5 care services

I would not advise anyone to use this company, things were difficult enough and they just made it much worse. We got rid of them after a few months and changed to another care company. My 94 year old nan who has since passed away, was bedridden and suffered with alzheimers. Carers did not wash her properly, had 40 minutes and did it in less than 10 minutes most days.They didn't check her skin properly and had sores that were not reported. Sent men sometimes to help wash and change her, which should not be allowed for a woman of that age. Her sheets were hardly pulled straight, her incontinence pants were too tight, or not on correctly, her tops were never pulled down properly. Never stuck to times agreed, constantly late or early. Some used inappropriate language and talking to each other about their own lives, over the top of my distressed nan. Supposed to have dementia training, must be very basic if they have had any at all. You would expect to be sent highly skilled care staff to look after your loved ones, who are ill, frail and vunerable and who cannot speak for themselves, but all you get is very basic care. If your company pay higher wages for the care workers, and give them appropriate intensive training for looking after people like my nan, and have a more professional approach, everyone would be a lot happier, but we know this will never happen. AVOID AVOID AVOID.Don't be fooled by lots of recent good reviews, I have noticed have been put on the website in recent months, from supposed care workers who paint the company as great, it might be great for them, but its certainly not great for the people they are looking after, as these carers lack all the necessary training and skills. It is the people they care for, and their families you have to listen to, not the employees who work for this company and many like it.

I’m so grateful to the company which give me to chance to work as a carer and to grow inside the company as well . I want to thank all office staff , specially to Satty who always available there to support and take care of all staff members. I wanna strongly recommend this company to all as I always feel a perfect stress free working culture sure me. Once again thanks to all.

I am working with 5 Care from jan 2023. Such an amazing experience working with 5 care. I think it’s very good to Service users and with carers as well and very good staff and I am very happy with to work with 5 care.

I am happy with my company and i think it is good and safe company for our service users and we are friendly with our service users and our office staff is also very co operative with every body at all time.

Would just like to say Mom (Doreen) from Heath Hayes cannot sing their praises enough. She is looked after very well, staff are very nice and are very much on time with their calls.She describes them in 8 words.Simply the BestBetter than all the rest.

I am employee of the 5 care service.I am get lot of knowledge regarding care from 5 care service as well they provide training to us on regular basis. This coming giving perfect care to service user,I really thanks to this company for giving me a job in this company and chances to make my batter future.
