The food is great most of the time. the prices are pure daylight robbery, near £30 for a large pizza. Food is nice but prices make it not worth it.

If I could give 0 I would. I always give a chance had a few bad experiences but this is the worst I have had. Shambles. I waitied 2 plus hours for my delivery, multiple phones calls which I would reply they couldn’t be bothered as I most likely wasn’t the only customer paying excessive amounts for a meal. Went to bed and got a wrap on the door for someone to be there like delivery after waking the kids out of bed at 12:44 am that’s correct and mind you it closes at 12am and delivery placed at 9.45 for some dinner. Pizza was stone cold and wedges like bricks. Garlic dip was prob outdated with the steal cold bread, a pathetic escuse for a £20 pizza. Stay clear. Driver says only one driver. I would say so with shambleship of management. No wonder you are moving location prob to stop the mob still awaiting orders or wanting their money back. I have lost faith in dominoes completely there goes my 5 years service. Tut tut if anything thing like there service in store reviews don’t get read or answered.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my elderly Dad and paid in full £20 odd pounds. Delivery driver came and proceeded to ask him for money and when my Dad said he only had £14 in total on him, he took that and off he went. Called him to see if he had received pizza and he told me that he could only pay for some of it and he felt bad as he could not pay in full and the driver wasn’t happy. I called the shop and told them their driver had taken advantage of a pensioner. Person in phone very surprised and agreed this was bad. Told them they had 10 mins to get money back or calling police. He got the money back. Called shop again, put onto manager. Told him how dodgy it looked for a representative of theirs to take every penny they had off a pensioner when they know full well it was paid. First said driver only realised on way back to shop his mistake and then when I said that’s ridiculous as he knew full well it was paid in full, he then said he thought it was a tip. Then refused to give me him name, said he was busy and hung up. Lovely place all round. Beware.

told me my food would be ready in 20-30 minutes. i went down 20 minutes after i ordered and they said it would be a few minutes. i asked again and they said the same be ready in a few minutes. AN HOUR after i ordered and a girl finally told me she had lost my second pizza and said shed remake it. i told them not to worry as my second pizza was sitting made for 30 minutes, but the responded with “its been on the heat though” i said i didnt want it as realistically who would make food at home, cook it leave it for 30 minutes in the grill and then eat it? i wasted an hour of my time.

Ordered food that took over 2 hours then never even arrived!!!! They rang and said the driver was outside when he wasn’t then said it would be with us shortly low and behold we had to ring them back another hour later to inquire about it and they said the driver was outside the house and we never came out! Absolutely ridiculous he couldn’t knock the door and even then we have 4 children sitting waiting to eat their dinner watching out the window for it. THEY NEVER SHOWED!! But tried to say it was OUR fault for not going into the street to meet the driver. Unacceptable pathetic service stay clear at all costs !!!

I placed an order on 04/02/2023 at 23.12. The restaurant then phoned me at 23.30, cancelling my order, as they said the restaurant was too busy. When I enquired about a refund, they said it would take 5-7 days to refund and would need authorised by head office. I stated this is unacceptable, I'm entitled to my money back with 48hrs and the website shouldn't be taking orders if the restaurant is too busy to fulfill them. They said to take it up with head office. Its now 1 week later, I've filled the online form in three times, only eventually getting a response today, where I was offered a voucher to cover my original purchase as 'compensation.' A bit of a joke tbh and I still haven't had my refund. I've a mind to go down and take it out of the till at this point.
