I was disappointed to find the square so littered and dirty, particularly as so many interesting roads and shops lead off it. Information about parking, especially Blue Badge spaces, is not advertised or even indicated on the signage at the various car parks.Then we tried to find nearby parking to the House in the Rock, well, that proved impossible. One helpful resident inferred that the Council hopes to have a land train soon, but at present, the town presents a significant challenge for those less able to walk. Businesses would do so much better if they could attract customers by the Council acting with cleaning up and making the town inviting to all.
