Pasta A Gogo

Fantastic. Refreshing for Portsmouth to finally have a pasta delivery. Will use again. But address on Google is incorrect! Had to find on just eat

Didn't receive the additional toppings we paid for and paid for a large pasta but it was the same size as the medium. We ordered the fries but had potato tots turn up. The food was very nice but definitely not what is advertised. The mushroom pasta boasted 3 types of mushroom but there was only one. We received a discount luckily but will not be ordering again without one.

Ordered online via uber eats, after ordering they contacted me via the app and stated they ran out of one item so that was then changed. They then contacted again after a while to then state they ran out a dish, I asked if the order could be cancelled and they confirmed. They didn't cancel the order on the app so the one item was still sent out for delivery, I rang to say I didn't want it as the order was cancelled. They stated to inform the uber eats driver, so I contacted him via the app. The driver then sat up my road and ate the dish! I rang the store to inform them and they stated I would be able to get a full refund as I didn't receive anything as they were supposed to cancel the order. I was also informed a the manager would be in touch the following day. Uber eats have charged me double and refusing to issue a refund and pasta a gogo haven't contacted me and don't answer the phone.
