I had a brilliant experience having my piercings here! The piercer is so friendly and lovely, he talked me through everything and took his time despite there being a queue. I was extremely impressed with how clean and sterile everything was, I felt very comfortable and had 5 piercings all done at once. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon for more!

I got my nipples pierced here yesterday and the staff were so friendly and and professional. They made me feel comfortable and made the process and quick and painless as possible while explaining the process and aftercare. For someone who was nervous, I would highly recommend then for peircings. The prices were also really good compared to a lot of other places I've seen.

Took my son for his septum piercing everything was perfect from when we arrived we were made to feel completely welcome by the lady that took our details and even though we didnt have a appointment we didnt have to wait hardly any time. The guy that did the piercing was fantastic explained everything that was going to happen making my son feel totally relaxed would definitely recommend this shop.

The staff behind the counter and the man doing the piercing were both lovely! Great customer service from them both! Was nervous as my first piercing since I was a kid and the man explained exactly what he was going to and was very professional! 100% will be going there again for my next piercing!!

Popped into Ultimate Inc today to get 3 helix ear piercings. The staff (sorry I forget your names!) were absolutely brilliant . The lady on the til was friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. The piercer lined up the holes really nicely, and took time to explain how I would get the look I wanted. He was VERY patient during and after the piercing. I'm prone to passing out but he took his time, explained what he was doing, and let me recover until I was fully ready to leave without any pressure at all. The experience end to end was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting something done. I will definitely return for any future piercings.

Absolutely amazing, seamless, quick, easy and very professional for me as a first timer! They were very professional at letting me know what to expect, its aftercare and selecting what studs I want; as well as what to expect from a gun and needle, and the difference between an earlobe and cartilage. Thank you so much! Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.

Had my helix done here month before starting college and its healed lovely been nearly a year and it looks lovely and doesn't hurt anymore. I do suggest getting your piercings done here. The staff was lovely and so helpful

Turned up 30 mins before closing, my daughter had her ears pierced and I has my tragus done, best experience ever and the girl who pierced us, well I didn't feel a thing, I will be going back for a few more, very happy and I would recommend xxx
