Great showroom and really helpful staff. We visited on a very hot day to experience a glazed open plan extension with electric skylights and a Panoramah Swiss precision made double or triple glazed cornerless glazing system. The electric opening skylights really made a difference to the heat, when opened we immediately noticed the drop in temperature from the roof ventilation, which was one of our main requirements when choosing our glazing specifications. The ability to open and close the huge sliding doors easily was also very impressive, and not something you can experience on the Internet. We'll worth a visit in the early stages of planning your project.

Our Architect shortlisted IQ glass from a list of 5 suppliers. This decision was primarily based on cost but after we started getting into detail, IQ soon became not only the best value but also provided the best product and finish (sightlines, frames etc are practically minimal). They actually installed our windows and doors (on a large ish project totalling 55k), 2 weeks in advance of the date they had provided when we signed off on the drawings 4 months prior. This was to our surprise as lots of suppliers who were involved in the build had long delays. IQ essentially allowed us to get watertight on time and keep the project to the program. We were sceptical using them as the project is based on the Isle of Skye in Scotland and IQ’s main operations appeared to be south of the boarder, but this did not represent an issue and communication was very good. The install team were a little temperamental but mostly professional and very accommodating. They could also meet all the SER requirements needed for Scottish building regs which is a difficult box to tick. There were also some teething issues post install which IQ rectified quickly. All in all, there are some negative reviews on here which does make you think twice, but IQ fully delivered on their quote, final product, and dates. We dealt mostly with a chap called Jake and he was excellent throughout. I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate using them again for any complex project that requires some expertise. Thanks again

We had over 50k worth of glass for our home renovation ordered from these guys. The whole process was painful and bloody awful to endure. From not knowing where our windows were for months, to refusing to pay for the scaffolding that had to be re-installed because of their delays and incompetence, to now having one of the windows that literally fell apart and they are refusing to fix because according to them it’s out of warranty (which in fact it isn’t if you count on the delays caused by them)The woman we dealt with was rude, incompetent and even said on the phone “do you suggest o learn 6 languages only to find out where your windows are??”Honestly stay away, it’s not worth it

Our order was handed-over diligently from one step of the process to another, keeping us informed at all times. It was re-assuring that our calls were answered promptly by all individuals involved at each stage. The work was well planned yet flexible to fit with our builders timeline. The teams who came on-site were punctual, professional and pleasant to deal with. Reliable and trustworthy service altogether.

Have had IQ glass sliding doors fitted a few years ago. They look wonderful. Had a small issue with doors closing recently. Really pleased with the prompt customer service - the repair was booked in promptly and i was kept informed by the office on when the engineer would attend. On the day the engineer came on time and quickly fixed the issue. He also made sure the area was kept clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

Brilliant windows!We opened up the back of our house and installed sliding doors with a total width of 6.7 meters over three panels, with each panel sliding on its own track. The profile is only 20 mm so it is virtually one large expanse of glass, which makes the whole room feel bigger and really brings the outside in.The three tracks gives great flexibility with the opening depending on what we are doing. We chose to have sliding doors rather than bi-fold doors to get the (almost) uninterrupted expanse of glass.We had these installed in April 2022 and so have lived with them for nearly a year. No issues with them being cold in the winter and the solar control is really effective in the summer. The windows still slide very easily - no different from when they were installed.Installation was quick, with the frame and windows being fitted in one day, with just some sealing to apply on the second day. The finishing details are excellent - a very professional job.Our inspiration for the project came from IQ Glass's Instagram. We asked a local company for a quote only to be told that it was impossible to have such large doors. So we went to IQ Glass we visited the showroom, liked what we saw and the rest is history.

Updated 26/7, the team at Glass have worked hard to put right the issues that we have experienced. The latest team have been excellent and impressed us with their work and focus. The replacement work and glass has been first class.Renovating our home and spent some time reviewing sites for architectural glass companies. After weeks of looking selected IQ Glass, initial engagement was not great, but once a design consultant assigned (Tom) this improved significantly. Tom has been attentive, responsive and professional. Solution now ordered and we intend to use again if the install to this phase meets expectation.Since the review above, the instillation has been dogged with issues (leaking glass), delays, poor glass manufacturing and the need to have multiple visit from the teams to correct errors. As meant to be completed in October, 7 items still outstanding. Whilst Tom has been attentive and apologised, I can only judge IQ Glass on the outcome and success of the installation, which has been poor. Will I use them for phase 2, unlikely.One final point, went to the showroom and met a young lady who had poorly prepped for the meeting and was too quiet and timid. The showroom is mixed, the partner area is poor and some of the glass installations are basic
