As soon as they get your money, they dont seem to care. I've been calling and texting for my guarantee/warranty since September 2022 when the work was completed. A brand new leak has started on my roof and I'm sick and tired of chasing up this company to fix a problem they created. The leak (pictured) was due to the work this company carried out on my property. Screws are coming through all over my ceiling and they just don't care. I paid in full the very next day and this is what I get for £2,300. I'd recommend customers use someone else.

AVOID at all cost extensive damage to our property inside due to not making water tight over night, matter still not resolved 6months on. Badly stained new roof..No Confederation of roofers guarantee.. lots of false promises.. Takes his money runs

Job done was ok but they won't send me my guarantee for work done which doesn't fill you with confidence! After contacting them on numerous occasions via phone call, text message, email and website contact form they just continue to ignore me. Not very professional response at all especially when I paid immediately after work was completed.

I booked Hightop Roofing Services to replace my old timber soffits, facias and guttering just before Christmas. They came across as very professional when quoting for the job and did quote a very competitive price. Once booked in they talked me through the job and organised a date for the work. The scaffolding went up before hand and the lads from Hightop turned up exactly when they said they would and carried out the work to a high standard. I was really impressed with the work done by the installers and the service from Callum. There was a small remedial job afterwords which was tended to within less than an hour of speaking to Callum about it. Thanks again for a top job and I will recommend you to friends and family. They did a great job of pointing my chimney stack and replacing the flashing in pouring rain..Cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
