Went in to ask why the signal around Tamworth is so awful. Even stood next to a 5G mast with a brand new Pixel 7 I struggle to get a decent connection (signal shows full strength). Got fobbed off with some rubbish about them working on the network". It's rubbish everywhere I've been not just Tamworth."

Visited the O2 store today to buy a new Sim deal for my new phone and was helped by Luke. He was really helpful and polite. He set up my new phone for me and did all those tricky things that I have no idea about. I would definitely recommend him and the other staff at the store and I will definitely be going back when I want to upgrade.

Popped into the store to get help with a direct debit problem for my 02 account that i couldn't sort out online. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My issue was sorted out in 10 minutes ,big shout out to Ricky and Nicole and all the staff at Tamworth 02 for fantastic customer service ,thanks!

Went in to get an i phone for my daughter and had a budget I wanted to stick to. They couldn't help as only had limited stock. So I used online instead and the phone arrived the next day which wasn't a bad wait at all and I got an even better deal

I had a very good experience at the 02 Tamworth branch. A young man called Luke was so helpful. Everything I asked he sorted for me. Guiding me through buying a new phone to transferring all data. Every question asked was answered. He was calm and polite and at my age this was most helpful. Thank you Luke it was a pleasure talking to you.
