Iain Ross Energy Healing

I received Energy Healing from Iain a few weeks ago and it was such a lovely experience. I was held in love where I could receive healing in a way that is kind and safe. I felt I was lacking energy before I booked an appointment with Iain and since our session I feel I am more enthusiastic and full of grounded energy. I would highly recommend Iain - he is a beautiful soul and a very intuitive healer. Will be back soon!

On 21st of July, 2023.. I went to Iain for an energy healing session and I will share my experience in details.Once I arrived, Iian was welcoming... He will guide you on what to do from the first moment of entering the studio....He will ask you to use the bathroom if you wish too and drink a cup of water to relax and settle...He will wait for the right moment for you to start and share why you are here and what you are looking for from this session...He will give you personalised recommendations based his extensive knowlege and your own story such as specfic breathing techniques, certain excercises like yoga and more depends on your condition...He is an expert in identifying negative emotions that you are feeling which then you can release by his supervision during the session...He will ask you to create an intention before starting the session so you can benefit from the session and accomplish your intent.You will comfortably start the session by laying back where lain starts with playing instrumental sounds that are used to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. He has a background in music and he will use the best instrument that will reasonate with you during the session...Iain is expert to keep you focused and living a relaxed momentum as well as deeply connect with yourself during the session by using the instrumental sounds.Also, Iain uses certain smells such as Sage for energetic cleansing and purification as well as creating a sacred space. You will certainly enjoy those smells...The session is around 1 hour where you will dive in a deep start of awareness which you can use in your benefit to heal chronic physical pain and past traumas...Lain will guide you to connect to your body ''If you put in the work yourself and allow your body to receive the healing energy''It is important to actively participate and be receiptive to the healing energy.Through his skillful facilitation, I felt empowered to do the necessary inner work and embrace the healing process.Overall, the energy healing session with Iain was a transformative and enlightening experience. His expertise, personalized approach, and use of instrumental sounds and scents created a truly profound and healing journey.I am deeply grateful for this enriching experience, and I highly recommend Iain's services to anyone seeking a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery.

I've had a couple of Energy Healing sessions with Ian. Each experience was pretty amazing, allowing areas of blocked energy to be released and a new awareness and relaxation to come to light. After the session I felt relaxed, positive and very present. I'd set an intention each time of things that I wanted to work on and each time I felt I had made big progress on them.I'd highly recommend Ian and his work. He is a very special practitioner with an uncanny feel for knowing where you are at, where the blocks are and how they can be released.

I went to Iain because I was feeling emotionally stuck and didn’t know why, and I wanted to see if energy work would help shift something for me.I wasn’t expecting this at all but just talking to Iain before the session I started to feel very emotional and had a big cry. I really don’t like crying in front of people, so this is testimony to what a stable, loving presence Iain holds. I straight away felt like it would be safe to explore and express whatever was coming up for me, and I know it was this strong, supportive energy that allowed me to really trust and let go within the session.I had some nausea and pain in my stomach coming in waves as we did the actual work but without needing to ask, Iain took it at a pace so that I never became overwhelmed with it. He also skilfully incorporated some sound healing with various instruments to help move the energy upwards which was very effective.At the end of the session I didn’t know what the intense energy I had been feeling in my stomach was about, and he asked if he could share something that he intuited – he said he was feeling the energy of ‘it’s not fair’ and this completely blew my socks off – to the same exact wording ‘it’s not fair’ is a wound that I have been working with a lot in the past and I knew it was right on the money when he said it – even though it annoyed the heck out of me because I thought I had already ‘dealt with it’... obviously this was a gentle reminder that the healing journey is a spiral not a straight line!There was a lot coming up for me in the days that followed that session, and a lot has shifted since then. This work is clearly a very powerful way to shake loose whatever stuck energy is there that is ready to be integrated, but it’s the nurturing, calm and connected container that Iain provides that undoubtedly makes it so profound and illuminating.

I had the most beautiful healing experience yesterday that left me feeling both open and honest about were I am at. There is blockages that I have been aware of but never really had the courage to look at. Iain provide a safe space for one to do so.Iain makes you feel very comfortable and is able to make you look at things from a new perspective. It is clear that he has a lot of wisdom, as he is honest and accepts his own journey in life.I will definitely be back!Thank you x
