I went to sell a newly bought 130 pound guitar amp and after less then 3 months of use im offered £40 by a dismissive and careless worker

I've tried to contact this store a number of times both via telephone and email with a query regarding an item they have in stock. No answer from either method of attempted contact. Phone just rings out, email was ignored.

GO TO CEX. Went to sell spiderman 2 game which had recently just came out so you would of thought it would still be worth an high amount to sell. The cashier offered me £20 baring in mind it was a £69.99 game. Delusional. Went to cex and they offered me £47, no hassle, cash straight away.

Total rip off sold them a freeview recorder smart box 1tb gave me £20 said they would only put it out for £40 they put it out for £90 they lie through there teeth and rip customers off

I’m great full for Jon manager if wallsend store. And for the last 3 years helped me lots with technical support for my iPhone I bought from him. I’m 61 single lady and the support Jon has given me is fantastic.

the staff are very friendly and always able to help when purchasing something from them or if u put somthing in on buy back or sell. always able to answer any questions on an item as well. they are amazing every single time I go in. I have been going now for about 4 or 5 years and I have bought a lot from them as well and everything I have got Im always over the moon with what I got. Great value for money as well. Great selection of stuff as well. so helpful on buy backs as well and as well as selling to them. I would definitely be going back if I even need anything I always go there first. the manager of the place is amazing and helpful as well. 100 percent recommend going to the place and check out what they have in. Keep up the good work thanks

Staff are friendly and very helpful but who buys the stuff in needs sacked, offer crazy low price and sell it well over the retail price.

Terrible offer for a phone. I appreciate they will offer less than say music magpie for a phone as it is more convenient but I was offered 50% of the offer from online. Fine again if thats all they want to pay I refused. What I don't appreciate is the lie from the person on the counter. When I pointed out they list the phone over £300 for sale on their website and an offer £120 is far too low he tried to claim it was because they have overpriced it on their website and that it wasn't worth that much. I'm sure they wouldn't be prepared to haggle on the sale price if I was buying and thought it was overpriced. The one on their website was also in worse condition without a box which mine has. I have gone elsewhere to a company who are prepared to pay a fair price and not rip people off lying about their own prices.

The staff at the Wallsend store are extremely friendly and polite. Like the ( Byker store), If they can help they will help. Always have a smile on their faces and they enjoy a good bit of banter with the customers. I would highly recommend this store. 5 stars.
