They are professional and exceptionally speedy when called. I inadvertently locked myself out of the house with my children on a cold and rainy day. It took mere minutes until their people were at my home to help me get into my house to unlock my door. If they had not been available to come to my house so quickly, I would have been forced to call my husband away from work. This made a stressful situation less stressful. Pricing for their good service is more than competitive. I could not have asked for more caring or understanding individuals. Thank you again so much!

Top guy! After waiting over 8 hours for another company that never bothered to show up, GB Lock and Key Rotherham came to my aid in less than 40 mins of my call. It took him less than 5 mins to get into the car! Absolutely fantastic!! 100% recommend! Not only was the gent friendly and professional, he gave me x10 better service than anyone else I tried to contact! Not only was he the fastest call out but he was the cheapest too! I feel really bad that I didn’t get the chaps name! Absolutely fantastic!! Only place I’d recommend to anyone!

We hired Gareth to change 2 locks upon moving into our new house. He arrived 30 minutes after speaking to him on the phone which was impressive on a Saturday morning. He changed our locks and did a great job. He gave a quote on the phone which he stuck to even though the job was more complex than originally thought. He is a friendly, trustworthy and skilled locksmith.

I had a broken key fob that I wanted replacing straight away. Timpsons said that they could repair key only to findout that they couldn't and that I would have to wait a week for a replacement and it would cost £172. Phoned these guys late in the expecting the worse. Quoted me £144 including VAT and that they would come to me the following day at a time to suit. Asked for a morning slot and was given 10am - 12pm. At 9:15am that morning, the guy turned up, very polite, and got on with the job. Was told that it would take 45mins but actually took him 30mins. He also cleared some historical faults notifications that I didn't even know I had. The key is cut perfectly and the fob is better than the one I originally had.Highly recommend and will be my first point of call should I need them in the future.

We needed a locksmith to repair/replace our locks after a break in. It was late evening but we had a quick response and very professional service by GB lock and key. We will use again. Highly recommended!
