Recently contacted Williams potatoes with a problem with a potato peeler & cannot believe how helpful Brendon was on the phone.He told me to bring it in on that day & it would be repaired while I waited. No need to close the shop for business. This service is exceptional in this day & age. If there was an unusual breakdown on this repair so soon after it was repaired then it would be repaired or replaced immediately so do not understand why anyone would critique this service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered and payed for a refurbished chipperSent it via a local delivery company how lostthe item.After many phone calls to the delivery companyValence freight and a email to there MD which was anabsolutely a waste of time as they gave me the optionthey couldn't care less.Williams stepped up to the plateand refunded back our money, couldn't thank them enough. If they get another chipper available I'll drive upand pick it up personally, very professional company.
