It is a hidden gem in the city where there are canal and boats! You can not imagine there is a hidden port near the city center! There are many boats, some are nice and cute ones. Also you can see the beautiful sky if it is sunny and the hill far on top. It is like a painting that you can see in gallery. There are also some shops which it was closed when I arrive. I can imagine it is gonna be so nice to sit and enjoy the canal and boat in the summer!!

Stunning place to go in Sheffield. It is a real diamond on the edge of the City Centre, where Derek Dooley way is.Ample free parking nearby just a short walk from Ponds Forge. Very nice sandwich shops and if visiting plenty of bars including gin bars with one of the most scenic views in Sheffield.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Was nice and quiet with a good view. Breakfast was really good and not too busy. Room was spacious with an additional sofa and a desk. TV was of a respectable size. The one negative was that the bed was on wheels and moved easily including when I was propped up watching TV in bed

It's pretty, historical, go take a look during the day. Canal boats, a pub, sometimes street markets... one to tick off your list.Incidentally, I walked from there to Meadowhall in a bit over an hour once, but mind yourself, it can be a muddy path along the canal if it's been at all raining.

A nice place to sit and relax or have a pint at the Dorthy pax that has probably the best beer gardens in Sheffeild. It's a little gem of a place.
