I didn't go into this shop, I just walked past it.They didn't seem to be very busy, for a Wednesday.

Highly recommended never been to a hairdressers in my life and thought I try lavish I had Lauren as my hairdressers she was so lovely had a lovely chat and made me very welcome. She done my hair better than I expected. I absolutely loved it and so did husband thank you Lauren top marks

Exceptional hairdressing and I am fussy!I can not praise Heather's expertise high enough. She cuts and colours to an outstanding level and is honest and friendly.

Ridiculously overpriced for the experience I had. Yes the salon itself is lovely and there is a nice atmosphere. I’m new to the area so the salon chose for Heather do my hair. All I asked for was simply running some highlights through and a quick trim. As she was putting the colour in my hair she used as my face as a leaning post and instead of walking around me, decided to turn my chair so I was facing the rest of the salon as she continued to paint the colour on using my face and nose as a leaning post. Colour comes out and hair is dried. Now time for the cut. I will admit my hair is very long and I am a tall person but instead of simply raising the chair I was quite happily perched on, she proceeds to ask me to stand up in the middle of salon as she got a stool and sat behind me to cut the ends of my hair. Can’t say I’ve ever had a hairdressing experience like it.Now comes to the real cherry on top. The bill at the end. Prior to my attendance I did try and find a price list however there is not one on the website and isn’t one in the salon. As it’s a small place in Bradwell I just assumed it would be reasonably priced. How wrong I was. £85. £85 to have my face used as a leaning post, be swivelled round on a chair and to stand up like a child and get the ends of my hair cut. For £85 I expect pure luxury and that was definitely not provided.Don’t get me wrong, I am happy with the outcome of my haircut however I will not be returning to Lavish as my bank balance and my face can’t afford it.

This is a great salon. The staff are always welcoming. My stylist (Amy) is very professional and cuts my hair just as I want it. Highly recommended!

Frequent local visitor, looking for regular salon. Tried to make appointment for following week with considerable flexibility but told nothing available, sorry didn't believe it. Don't seem to want new clients so if you are looking, don't bother with this salon.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH OWNER/HAIRDRESSER SIAN-ELISE KEELER.UPDATE: August 2023. I have now been fully refunded by my credit card company under section 75, as Sian made no attempt to refund me a penny for her shoddy work. Justice prevailed.I have been having my Greater Lengths (GL) hair extensions in london for the past 8 years, with no problems whatsoever.I thought it would make perfect sense to find someone locally. As I was spending a lot of time in NorfolkSo after looking up GL site, this salon has a gold star next to it.I now I find out, that the stars have nothing to do with the skills of the hairdresser. It simply means that they purchase more extensions than other salons.The only training GL, offers hairdressers is only a Virtual training 4 x 2 hours or 1 day live training course, stating that their GL certified stylists undergo rigorous training.My initial consultation with Sian- she talked the talk, boasting that she was the top 3 stylists for GL in the country.She also chose the length, blonde streaks( I now realise, to get rid of all the blonde extensions she had lying around) & thickness at £630. I thought I could trust her.Whilst fitting, I also asked her how they would be removed, where she told me that I would have to remove them myself, which I have never had to do before, as well as asking me to have a curly blow dry, when I asked for it to be straight.I now realise it was a ploy to curl my hair, in order to disguise a multitude of poor applications, including, her poor blending of colours and cut.After I had my extensions, they looked lovely on that day, and for a few days after, as Sian had applied products and blow dried my hair .Approx a week later, I noticed the shortest layer of my natural hair sitting on top of my head, sticking out everywhere, and is one of the most obvious and unattractive giveaway of shoddy work (see photo).When I contacted Sian by text she stated ‘ so it’s not the extension’s , I only follow guidelines on placement for GL not to place too high on anyone’s head, as it could go against guidelines..Let me state, that all correspondence- which I have evidence of to Sian have been respectful and extremely polite, even offering for her to bring her baby along to ours, as she said she had childcare issues, so that she could have a look as to why I was so extremely unhappy with the extensions she has fitted so badly, with a lot of glue in the bonds (photo enclosed), giving me a unnatural look, and feeling self consciousGL state, that their bonds should be so small and lightweight, that it is virtually undetectable (photo enclose of how bonds should look in a straight line, flat, and not all over the shore) I was also not able to sleep well at night with an itchy scalp and glue jutting out .Sian then decides to set up an out of hours appointment to see me at 7.15 pm- when the salon was shut and no other members of staff around. My husband told me to be careful, because it was not a professional thing to do.But I agreed to help her out, due to her babysitting issues.At the appointment, I told her all I wanted was a full refund to end the matter there, which she refused, telling me what am I going to do with the hair extensions . I was extremely upset, as I was not sure at that point what permanent damage the glue would do to my hair. I then left.The following day. I wrote a letter 2nd June - of Complaint to Sian, also sending a copy to GL. where once again, I asked for a refund.It’s only then on the 5th June, Sian replies accusing me of being ‘Gangsta Gran’ at 60 years of age of threatening behaviour, at our appointment.Please let me state, I am not the one who set up an out of hours meeting at her Salon.I now realise her ploy was to discredit me. with no evidence whatsoever, after I complained about her substandard work.She has now changed her reason for not giving me a refund , blaming it on not taking care of my extensions. What after a week.Now been fully refunded by my Credit Card Company., no thanks to Sian.
