I had my son's birthday party here yesterday. The staff are always friendly. It's a really nice soft play and just the right size for my children. They love it here. The food was great and all organised very well. Thank you for making it a special day xxx

Although the staff are pleasant and friendly, the place is grubby, the toys in the baby area don’t work and are dirty. My 2year old was unable to properly enjoy it as there were much older children ( about 10yrs)in the under 4’s area who were throwing the balls from the ball pit at each other and play fighting. The staff did nothing at all to ask them to play nice and move to the area for the older children. Also as other people have said, the drinks are a rip off and not even nice.Won’t be going here again. More scumhouse than funhouse

Worst play centre by far we've ever been to. Due to being so close to home and the weather being so wet and cold we opted to meet with our friend and take our children to the play centre.Paid well over the odds for this play centre very surprised 2 children 5+7 years in total £10.40 !!My 5 year old daughter came over upset due to a boy hurting her I told her to stay away and go ahead and play. I then watched said child hurt a number of other children kicking them off the big bouncy balls throwing things at them gripping others by their t-shirts. Again my daughter came over again red mark on her cheek he has thrown one of the plastic balls and this carried on. My son 7 years old said this naughty child wasn't being told off or removed he was carrying on. We then noticed my friends walking 10 month old couldn't play in the baby area as it was full of much older children messing and removing toys. The toddler area was full of younger teenage age kids running riot. The place isn't monitored by anyone. Woman running it today was sat in the office at the entrance and not interested in anything. I asked her to intervene with this horrible child. Nothing was being done so went to speak to child's grandparent who really wasn't interested. My daughter was to scared to go back in and very upset it was us that that to leave yes we got a refund but what a shame this place could be so much better. Id advise anyone to not go here it's dirty over priced and they are not interested in your child's safety while they are on their premises. Absolutely disgusting they need to rethink their policies.

One of best soft plays around for its size, a decent all day breakfast and ideal for kids parties. At other venues the 3 or 5 year old parties have tons of leftover food but they make just about enough and if you need more they provide it. A jug of juice is good value for money but fruit shoots are available. It’s often quiet when no parties are on making a peaceful less stressful place for people like me who have aspergers.

A lively and lovely place to take your children to run off some energy, food great too. The highlight was father christmas such a beautiful set up, had me convinced. Just loved it.

Second party at captain jack must say first party was amazing staff very friendly made sure kids was ok. Food was enough for the 10 kids I paid for. But this time around the food was minimal for 15 kids enough to feed 10 had to ask for more food as it wasnt enough staff didnt even pay attention to kids and didnt even feel like it a paid party package for 15. Kids wasnt even aloud to eat the birthday cake in the venue because the staff stated they will go in the play area with it but have no proplem kids eating there own food in there!... will never be booking again prices for food is a joke party food looked all smart price standards. Would advice people to stick to wacky wheelhouse!..

Went recently for nephews birthday. Good friendly vibe, entrance and food is priced well. Need more options for adults interms of drinks, only rola cola on offer, apart from that very happy, loads of space to park, staff seemed to interact with the children would recommend.

What a great place. The staff were amazing and very welcoming to my SEN school group. We even got chance to join in a cooking session that takes place every Wednesday.Definitely recommend.

Reasonable price, not a huge amount of equipment but my 2 year old loves it. Good range of group activities included in the entry price. New owners making a lot of very positive changes.

Our experience was horrible.The play equipment is filthy with dust everywhere. Gaps between the play equipment has boxes and junk within reach of the children and it's not been cleaned for years.There is little control of what children do as my son crashed into a child running up the slide. When telling the staff they did precious little to sort the problem. 10 minutes later children were running up the slide again.Choices of food is very limited and they don't even do jacket potatoes.Lastly, the Gates letting the children in and out is not monitored all the time as people were regularly away from the desk. This is especially dangerous with the main door Exiting onto a main road. I had no confidence that my child was safe in this place.We will never go there again.
