Service ok, they installed on time but quality of work poor. I installed 2 door but again I am going to remove front door & give to other good service & installer.

I had my windows installed which were reasonably priced, excellent service and great after service respond, I'll recommend them to everyone

We found this company to be professional, organized and very clean and tidy always on time turned up when they said done an excellent job on all the windows and doors in a timely fashion and we feel confident in recommending this company for anyone working with a budget as your money is safe

One of the worst company to deal with. I had doors installed last October 2020 and the door had developed a fault in the locking system so the door could not be shut. Contacted the company on 5th November and the person I dealt with, who promised to fix it and after 2 wks started to phobe me off. I contacted his brother who was not only rude (probably does not know what customer service means!) but refused to do anything as I was not his customer but his brother's!!!! Even though both of them work for GSM Windows!!!I had to have it repaired from other company and I am now taking them to court to recover money. Please be warned and do not deal with this company.

Very pleased with the professional quality service from GSM Windows. The new front door and windows look amazing and the neighbours are constantly admiring them as they walk past. Very professional service from the beginning, the sales person was polite and explained the process clearly, the surveyor suggested options to make the installation better and the glazers were prompt, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend GSM Windows.
