Staff are friendly and the procedure has worked well, but I have really struggled to get appointments, which is incredibly frustrating! All appointments, not just evening ones are booked up a MONTH in advance, no flexibility

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the entire team are. My therapist was professional, knowledgeable and lovely. This kind of customer experience makes such a difference. My face looks amazing and will definitely book more micro needling sessions.

Great experience. Friendly, professional and efficient. Everyone I have dealt with at the clinic (from initial consultation, therapists I have seen for laser treatment to other members of staff who have welcomed me at the front desk) have been very helpful and warm. Would recommend.

This clinic seems quite poorly organised. I have been three times; once for a Botox appointment, then a follow up, and a final time for a consultation which I never received because I had to leave after waiting for over an hour. The woman who did my Botox was nice, although it was more expensive than expected since the website did not explain that they always have to do two areas of Botox for the upper forehead - I would have liked more clarity up front.I waited about 15 minutes after my appointment time the first time, for over 30 minutes the second time. On the last occasion, I was told at reception that they didn’t know I was there, although I was sitting in the designated waiting area and checked in with reception twice to ensure they knew I was there. Ultimately I had to leave. Thankfully I did not lose money on the consultation (which is free) but I had to rearrange my plans to make the appointment, and then wasted over an hour of my time, which has value too.

Just finished my second session of laser hair removal at the clinic and my experience has been amazing! Samantha, has been so insightful and positive to the point in which i was truly looking forward to our session. So sad to hear that she will be leaving but she has been absolutely amazing during my treatments. Thank you!

This is my first time writing the review in 24years. I had an appointment and went in like 8min late because of the traffic. I mean 8 min! The lady with pink hair was like ‘sorry you are late, almost 10 min. we cannot do your session.’ I told her ‘ it’s not even 10min, can I just do it?’, she said ‘you miss the whole session and if you want, you need to purchase another session.’ I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed because of the way she spoke too, she was speaking nicely but made me feel very uncomfortable if you know what I mean. And the clinic was completely quiet, not busy at all. But I just walked away. I don’t want any refund or wouldn’t accept the call if the clinic contact me. I don’t want anything but just felt like it need to be shared because it doesn’t sound right and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrendous service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This clinic is a waste of time and money, the therapists themselves are nice enough but it’s not worth the stress of how disorganised their admin is! They have cancelled my appointment twice in an unprofessional manner, once via WhatsApp and once on the day of with less than 24 hours notice while I had already prepared for the laser. Impossible to reach by phone to reschedule an appointment leading to around a month waiting time just to book an appointment. Arrived for my appointment after preparing for the same laser a third time and the booking time on their system is not the same as what I was told on the phone. Made the long journey in the cold and bus fare on a weeknight for nothing - this is unacceptable to me as a working professional with very little free time. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic first experience at the Thérapie Clinic. Such a lovely team. Dianne was so helpful and kind, she gave me all the information I needed and did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back!

Lady was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable during the appointment. Told me to lay in an impossible position and said ‘I tried my best’ after not bothering to complete the laser in that area. I have had many laser sessions at a couple of other clinics who have all been fantastic; once she started I said I couldn’t feel anything and she didn’t increase the intensity. She kept asking if it was painful after I had told her numerous times I couldn’t feel a thing. She said she would increase it slightly next time but I know how laser should feel and if you don’t feel a thing then it definitely isn’t doing anything. Don’t want to keep wasting money if you’re not going to laser the complete area at the right intensity
