Bought a car from BCS for my daughter in October. Recently the clutch pedal suddenly went floppy. Rang up BCS, within 24hrs a tow truck was outside to pick up the car and take to the garage. A repair was done (pedal box) and car ready within 4 days. No hassle, not a hint of 'not my problem' . The after-care service was impecable. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service from the garage, the owner bent over backwards to get everything tip top! Could not fault a thing about the garage. Another party was interested in the vehicle I have purchased (Volvo xc60) and tried to increase the offer they had put down on the vehicle, however the owner was very loyal and honest, and respectfully said first come first served! Would 100% recommend!

Yaz and Steve were both amazing at finding me a new car. I told them my requirements and they worked hard ensuring my needs were met and that they found the perfect car, even traveling to Southampton to collect it. I have had my car a while now and have had no issues with it and I will certainly be using them again when I am ready for another. Great reliable service.

This was a nightmare experience. Bought a Peugeot, was told it'd take a few days to get ready. Three weeks later still asking to get the car, once I get the car it starts fuming up as I come out of the Mersey tunnel within a week of purchase. BCS wouldn't repair it, denied any issue, despite the fact that the car wouldn't go past fifteen miles per hour. Had to take BCS to court to get my money back, and get an independent review from a Peugeot garage which deemed the car unsafe to drive - they mentioned this should never have been sold in the first place. This garage is an utter waste of time, BCS is beyond shameless.

Amazing service from start to finish. BCS have just helped my lad get his first car, we was kept in constant contact in regards to when the car would be ready. The car is 18 years old but was in great condition and also came with a full 12 month MOT.The price was very competitive and we got none of that pushy sales chat, infact they even gave my lad some money back towards his petrol.BCS listened to our concerns and worked with us throughout to buying.Thanks for everything*****

Honestly could not be happier, my son has just picked up his Alfa and driven it 1400 miles straight away .....worked with the garage to tell them how important it was to have it in good order, They did the service, replaced anything they found lacking, tidied up wheels to a dream finish, found some Alfa enamels they had and put them in - car looked like new (7 years old) and drove like a dream. Attentive from day of enquiry to day AFTER delivery to check all was OK - Trustworthy and a dream to deal with Thank you
