Terrible service. Tried to collect a parcel that had been delivered by hermes. Assistant first could not find parcel, then lied to me saying the parcel had not been delivered even though I had a photo of the shop taking delivery. He kept stopping serving me to serve other customers as they were paying and I was only collecting a parcel. He stopped serving me to serve at least 6 others customers, and then told me to wait for 5 minutes as he had a queue. I have never had such bad service when collecting a parcel. Use another shop, paying customers are more important it seems , if you are collecting a parcel you will be fitted in or have to wait until he has served them. I will never use again.

Friendly service and good variety of stock. Prices are often lower that most.

These people tell you that your card has been declined, and the money is still taken from your bank... Not to be trusted

DO NOT USE THEM FOR COLLECT+Brought my Package to their shop to return to a retailer via collect+ and the man who served me didn't even add the sticker on to the package to send back but told me it will ok, stupidly I believed him. What a shock to find out my lovely ladies heels have gone missing and never given to the collect+ driver and when I called them myself a female answered the phone very abruptly and told me to speak to collect+ - Stay clear!!!

Randalls is a convenience shop and it is a Collect+ location store where you can collect, send and return your parcels with the facility to Print in store. They also have PayPal, a free to use cash point, offer a selection of Co-op own branded products and their prices are more reasonable than most other convenience stores in the area. Randalls is definitely convenient for me being only minutes away from home, open until 11pm and the staff are always friendly & efficient.
