To say that I absolutely adore Emma's classes isn't even scratching the surface. I'm always challenged and corrected by Emma during the yoga practice and she makes me feel like she genuinely cares about each person who steps into her studio. I always leave Emma's classes feeling lifted and happy and ready to take on the day. It's a great start to my mornings to spend time around such a wonderful spirit. I highly recommend her classes to anyone!

I dropped-in to one of Emma’s Basic Vinyasa classes after seeing it advertised outside the Porthmeor Studios and seamlessly booking online. Emma is lovely, very warm and welcoming. The studio space is very special, the props used are of a very high standard and the practice was tailored for all the abilities in the room. Thank you Emma. I will definitely be back.

Emma is such a joyful yoga teacher, I have attended many of her yoga classes, workshops and her barre and Pilates classes. She manages to infuse yogic philosophy, with knowledge of postures and anatomy in a way that inspires confidence and allows you to feel ‘safe’. Her first love I think was music and dance and she incorporates music and song into her classes in way that is warm, fun and at times inspiring! As a yoga teacher myself I can highly recommend Emma as a safe inspirational teacher who is able to lift you mood, increase your energy, motivate you and ensure you laugh in every class. She is a joy!

Really enjoyed the yin yoga class on Friday for summer solstice. Made feel v welcome and everyone was lovely. Great relaxing session and Emma,was fab. I was on holiday but would definitely recommend to anyone and definitely look out for more events in the future!

Emma is an incredible teacher, after decades passing since I touched a yoga mat, Emma welcomed me as if I’d been a member of her classes for years. I felt so at ease and relaxed in such safe, experienced and nurturing hands - I enjoyed every second. I’ve taken yoga back up and increased attendance now, it’s filled my soul up with joy finding Emma and her classes - cannot recommend this lady enough! Xx

Emma is a wonderful yoga teacher, thoroughly knowledgeable, passionate, spiritual, and caring. To follow up, she constantly keeps us all inspired on social media with her philosophical thoughts and words of wisdom. Emma has built up a lovely studio and yoga community here and I’m really happy to be part of it. Whether you want a good physical workout or to simply wind down gently and totally relax, Emma offers a wide range of classes to suit everyone. Highly recommended! Louise

I attended a class with Emma in the beautiful St Ives studio, overlooking the sea. It was such a beautiful venue and amazing class. Emma is a fantastic teacher, really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the class - it was one of my favourite things I did while on holiday in St Ives! Can’t recommend enough.
