Everything you could ask from a delivery company. Pre-advice on loading & delivery times was excellent. Vehicle was clean & smart. Driver was super helpful in offloading & stacking goods. Competitively priced. All in all great service. Thank you.

Extremely helpful - I received a text this morning from Mike to advise my delivery would be with me later this morning. Mike went above and beyond when I realised I had sent part of my order to the wrong address and helped me get it resolved and redelivered within the hour - an absolute hero - thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I had a delivery of 4 packages yesterday, using Stop Start. The driver (Lee) was lovely and knocked at my door to check he had the correct address, before unloading my parcels. He then asked where I wanted them and brought the 4 medium/large parcels just inside the door for me. The parcels were bathroom furniture (toilet, taps, etc) so I was really pleased that he had brought them inside for me as they were quite heavy. He double checked each box had my name and address and was correct before asking me to sign and then leaving. I then received an email with the delivery details stating it had been completed. One of the best experiences I have had with a courier company.

Had two different deliveries from Plumbworld using this company, Drivers have been really friendly and helpful. Putting all items inside my house . Really nice of them to do that . You receive an email for what day and one hour delivery slot and get an email when you’re next drop off and you can track where driver is . Fantastic service!

I placed an order with Plumbworld and Stop Start were our couriers. I had an issue with the delivery date and the chap I spoke to one the phone was a great help. Really refreshing change to have a helpful person at the other end of the phone. Thanks so much for your help Stop Start team!
