TNT Rotherham Depot

Absolute shambles, lied about attempting deliveries for 3 days solid, unable to communicate with a real person, escalation team has about as much success contacting them as I did, had to collect my own package 15 miles away. It's took less time to get from Japan to the depot than it did for the depot to never attempt to deliver.

T N T tried to deliver my passport but I wasn't in (they never said they were coming)...I was not left a 'sorry we missed you'card and so they had my passport at the depot for 5 weeks unbeknowing to me.I managed to contact them eventually and arrange delivery but they didn't arrive only to deliver the next day unannounced..I asked the driver if he tried to make the first delivery and he had but admitted he did not leave a card.. How can they run their business efficiently with such a disregard for any kind of procedure and little or no efficiency...this was not just any parcel this was an official document.wouldvyou trust them with passports?

Honestly I don’t understand the problem about TNT.My BRP keeps changing the delivery day. Day after day saying arrived at delivery station.I have reschedule the delivery day but its never deliver at all. I never received a delivery attempt card to prove that TNT tried to deliver my item nether any contact.I’ve never seen a service that poor in the UK!I’m really in shock with it.Tried to call, email and nothing so far…

I truly don’t understand what kind of corruption existing in Home Office and this company. I really can’t understand why HO keeps using this company to deliver BRP while millions of people have complained already. TNT is a TERRIBLE delivery company with delivery men who go to the property, take a photo of the surrounding, never bother to ring doorbell or buzzer and just leave. Every year whenever I wait for my BRP, same thing happened and it’s a pain wasting the whole day sitting at home and the delivery people couldn’t even bother to do their job properly. I know they probably won’t read these complaints, but if any of you who work(ed) for this company, shame on you and your whole family. Disgusting people! I have been waiting my delivery since 21 December 2022, the email I received on 22nd from the home office says my parcel is due to be delivered to B3 3AG within the next 48 hours, BUT IM STILL WAITING FOR IT UNTIL TODAY. Please look into this for me ASAP thank you

Worst delivery service ever, I waited whole day on their last delivery attempt and driver did not even come to the address then I received a mail saying that they were unable to deliver. Now today I received a mail early morning at 07:47 with subject out for delivery" but in the mail it is written that they were unable to deliver

Well I received an email at 7am to let me know that I would receive a parcel from 8am until 8pm. Is this reasonable to have someone waiting for 12 hours for a parcel? One and a half hours later I recieved another email telling me that my parcel couldn't be delivered and a photo of what was supposed to be infront of ny property, but was nothing to do with my property.. The delivery driver never came as I have 24 hour cameras on the property and two are on the front of the property and they never came.. I found this very unprofessional and blatantly false ..

Worst service ever. I’m waiting for my BRP to be delivered from 7th December. They daily reschedule it for next day. I’m calling and asking them to deliver it or let me collect from location but no use.

Terrible!! We’re told we’re getting a delivery, wait for 2 days!….email says “customer changed delivery”!!! NO, absolutely not. Do they not realise that they’re supposed to carry out the sender’s instructions? Express delivery??! Call handler helpful but it’s not her fault & obviously she can only pass a message to the depot. I won’t hold my breath for tomorrow!

Been trying to track and collect a BRP from TNT for over 4 weeks now. Poor customer service, conflicting information, and lack of commonsense are just some of the problems of your company.

A huge mess around, Tried delivering my passport multiple times, I had to take time off from work and they didn’t even ring the doorbell they just left a voicemail so ended up having to drive 45minutes to collect.
