They acted for relatives re estate house transfer. Slow to get things settled had to chase up and even got somethings wrong on paperwork. Only got things sorted once I spoke directly to Mr Wilson.

Poor level of service, they do not respond to enquiries from other solicitors, resulting in hold ups during sale processes, they have not started proceedings despite having the relevant paperwork for over a month. The whole process is an absolute shambles, and this is almost entirely due to the unprofessional conduct of this company.
