We visited here to browse before purchasing an egg travel system on our 2nd visit. Both Sarah and Heidi patiently and knowledgeably answered our millions of questions as we had absolutely no idea what we wanted or needed and were happy to point out the pro's and con's of each travel system and give us hints and tips of things that we would probably have never even considered as first time parents.It's so helpful to be able to test drive the prams around the shop and there is absolutely no pressure or sales tactics and their prices are very competitive compared to purchasing online with all of the above added benefits.You can tell that both Heidi and Sarah take pride in doing an excellent job and are a credit to the company. Thank you both so much for a pleasurable buying experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Winstanleys Pramworld. Sarah was so lovely, she approached us to see if she could help, gave a demo of the pushchair and placed the order for us with free home delivery within 2-3 working days. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be returning in the future.

Brilliant service and extremely welcoming. We visited on Sunday 19th November, and were looking for my first pram and baby furniture. We were helped by a lovely lady with dark hair (apologies I didn’t catch her name)! But she was extremely helpful and made our visit easy and enjoyable. Plenty of options and different styles to choose from too!

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and informative.Sarah helped us choose exactly what we needed. She wasn’t pushy and even made me feel totally comfortable when i felt a little indecisive (there is so much choice there!). Sarah was the lady that helped us and she was lovely, but, I have to say, all the ladies there worked together and were all very friendly. Sarah and Harriett worked together to find us the best deal as we wanted a stroller, footmuff and bag. Sarah worked out every which way to make it the best deal. We left feeling very happy with our purchase and will most definitely be going back and recommending.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.We visited the store on several occasions looking at the pushchair bundles mainly & dealt with Sarah on 2 occasions.Sarah is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and was happy to show us the products, the different bundles and how the travel systems work with the different attachments (carry cot/ car seat etc)Ordered a egg pushchair bundle on the Saturday and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Really pleased with the buying experience at pramworld in Stoke. We were feeling quite overwhelmed in terms of which car seat to get and the saleswoman who we dealt with was exceptionally helpful, we didn't feel pushed and the price was very competitive. We went into store on a Sunday and the car seat was delivered to our house two days later. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this shop for anything we may need in the future, thanks.

We had two recommendations for Winstanley's Pramworld, so we decided to schedule an appointment online. We had a rough idea of what we wanted. We were helped by Sarah, who was fantastic. She showed us options that fitted our discussed needs. Sarah really took the time to demonstrate the benefits of these products and explain the features. We then tried out the products for ourselves, whilst she was on hand to help and take our questions. We were so impressed we decided to make a purchase (after going for a coffee). A significant part of the decision was down to the great customer service we received. Would definitely recommend Pramworld to other parents to be.

We had a great experience at winstanley’s pram world today in Stoke. We had excellent customer support from Bobbi, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to go through every query we had. She was very patient in explaining and demonstrating how to collapse the prams and use the car seats. 10/10 customer service.
