Lovely pub. They play live music all the time. Went there on a Tuesday and there was all sorts of instruments and lots of people singing. Really inviting and better priced drinks!

Have been here previously with my husband for drinks on a day trip.Looks small initially but opens out once you pass the bar area. We sat at 2 bar stools and were quickly served by a perfectly competent pleasant barmaid who knows her job/locals very well.The atmosphere was helped by the mixed clientele golfers, locals and the like. The bar has a good stock of whiskies etc and there were even a couple of ladies having Prosecco.There are live music/quiz nights but we visited in the afternoon so it was just a music channel on.The place is a little run down so could do with a refurb but judging by the amount of folk in it is ticking over nicely.Will return again.

This place was holding an acoustic music session when I visited. A lot of guitarists and singers with a flute, a tin whistle, a mandolin, and a bodhran. The music was eclectic.

A must visit when in Ayr, a proper little Scottish pub with great Whisky selection, live music at times and a positive vibe.

Great wee pub , plenty of whisky to choose . Friendly staff . Has live music on Sometimes. Great fa a drink , but does not do food , so good for before or after you've been fa a meal

Great little traditional bar with good atmosphere and entertainment this place definitely deserves a visit, would I return definitely, would I recommend this place definitely, give it your support bars like this need to be supported and kept going
