Tom Armstrong was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful.He explained everything very well. The investigation was extremely thorough. The results and certificate were forwarded to me on-line the same day. He also sent a report, the same day, on how to improve the energy performance of the property.I would definitely recommend.

Tom provided an excellent service in conducting the EPC report I required for my property sale. Tom came within 2 days at very short notice, explained thoroughly at each stage of the inspection what the requirements were he was inspecting and was extremely professional and courteous throughout.The draft report was received the following day of the inspection and the full report the day after my review of the draft.Also, his pricing was by far less than other quote’s received.I would highly recommend Tom for his services, he’s a genuinely nice guy.
