I had a condenser replaced by beds battery on 25th March.(Bedford Branch) After I paid the cost of the work I noticed scuffs and chipped paint work on the bumper. I called beds battery a number times about the damage the engineer left, they never got back to me or thought to call me and say sorry.Customer service is very poor. I will never use again.Very disappointing!

Great place for stock!Good prices that are really reasonable.Have a good range of products from autoglym to car parts.I have random cars but they still have the parts and if they don't they can get them next day!Definitely worth a look before going to the mainstream expensive places!

Rang on Thursday to enquire about a new battery for my car, took the car in Friday to have it fitted and was away again in less than fifteen minutes, on the Thursday I did a search for prices and Beds Battery was he best, excellent service.

Says on their website, we have an Auto Electrician, but he was more interested in re-gases than electrical work and was told, no, he couldn't do it.

Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect.A thoroughly friendly and helpful bunch, great experience all round.Thanks all!

Interesting place to deliver to with an Artic but doable with care, goods in is around the back, park up on one side tip then move over for the other side, when leaving walk down the road and look around the corner to see if there's any cars parked if there aren't they you can get out that way, if there are cars parked up then you'll have to reverse around back into the street you came up then drive out back the way you came in. Goods in staff are friendly and helpful.
