I wish I could give 0 stars, I definitely dodged a bullet with this place, basically emailed saying I was wasting his time after I asked for a video of the car (due to not being able to currently travel), if that is his attitude before selling I can imagine if you had any problems he wouldn't want to know either.One to avoid, you have been warned

I purchased a VW Toureg from Howard and the entire process was excellent. Buying a car unseen is very daunting but I needn’t have worried as Howard was extremely helpful and always available on the phone via call or text and also videos. My car was delivered on time and as described. I had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly resolved at my local garage as Howard is so far away from me and he was great at reimbursing me for the work and making sure that the car was fully sorted. These things happen especially with such an older car.I would definitely recommend Chris Howard Motors and happily purchase a car from them again. 5*
