Direct Wood Flooring

Recently requested 4 flooring samples and they were with me foc in 3 days. On save day they arrived I was contacted by Jen in Carlisle office to discuss any queries etc I had. Could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I received a quotation for the flooring I liked which was very reasonable which I went away with straight away. All of this was fine in 10 minutes over the phone. Thank you so much Jen for making this such a pleasant experience x

Sales person at Carlisle ( Manager ) was fine, unfortunately my flooring was not. In fact the Noble laminate flooring was absolute garbage. I went past the 30 day returns policy so the company wouldn't accept a return. After many emails and phone calls I accepted a measly £20 pound good will gesture. The flooring would not click together on the ends and I was left with £260 worth of rubbish. Thankfully I managed to use 40% of the flooring in a smaller room by glueing the ends and weighting down the joints overnight. Could only do this process little by little so it took days. I could not possibly have sorted the flooring for the larger room it was intended for and therefore have a load left over. The product was the cheaper end of the scale but should still click into place as it said. Fitted loads of this stuff in the past so know what I'm talking about. Even two joiners with many years of experience, confirmed the product was rubbish. My advice to anyone buying this sort of product is check it clicks together before 30 day returns policy.

Great customer service from Jen and great knowledge of the products. She was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Didn’t take long to purchase what we needed and delivery organised within one week.

Really impressed with the customer service at this store. No pressurised selling. Jen and Caitlin were VERY helpful. They gave us plenty of time to look around and dealt with our various questions in a patient and understanding manner. Jen was very knowledgeable on the product range and offered very helpful suggestions. We have just put our second order in this afternoon.

Jen was an absolute star, really genuinely helpful, lovely soul and helped us out with a bulk buy. First time doing up our home and she really drew us in with her down to earth personality, she went above and beyond to try and explain and give us what was best for our home! 10/10 flooring, good condition and great prices.
