We’ve had 2 sessions with Steve now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Although we’re not 1st time dog owners, they’re all different, and we needed help with our puppy Jeffrey. The 1st session was primarily helping us and our 12 year old deal with Jeffrey’s biting. Our methods weren’t working and Steve gave us techniques to distract him and showed our son how best to deal with him as he definitely got the brunt of it. We also discussed crate training as that hadn’t been going well.The 2nd session was a full day intensive as I was still finding it hard with the crate. That very night Jeffrey slept in his crate all night and didn’t make a sound. I was amazed! What a success!Steve is very knowledgeable. I can not rate Steve enough. We had concerns about our puppies temperament from an early age so getting someone in quickly was important to us. Steve helped straight away. He taught us how to make my nervous daughter interact with Maize our puppy better and now they are best friends. I am seeing Steve again shortly to help with recall and playing with larger dogs as my pup is a jack russell. He really is the dog whisperer.

I inherited my four year old Labrador who had never had to walk on a lead previously. When I tried on my own to get him to do so he was far too strong for me. Really happy to have found Steve as my dog was terrified of roads to the point he would throw himself around and it was unsafe to walk him. Steve came to work with our German Shepard who we had problems with walking on a lead without significant pulling and was reactive to smaller dogs. He gave us the tools to be a calm and assertive leader that my dog required. Highly recommend his services.
