Booked and appointment which was cancelled the evening before. Booked a second appointment for no one to show up at all. Called the office and was told that there wasn’t anyone available and the appointment had been missed. Avoid!

Normally very good, 18 month's ago got kitchen and work tops from them, builder fitted kitchen cupboards etc, they did the work tops very good. Went back today and had young female staff and wasn't very good. I will only deal with the boss from now on

2 appointments booked - manager failed to respond by email twice when asked to confirm after first let down. Visited on 5th March and experienced complete lack of customer service even though no-one else was in the store. By contrast Howdens Yate have been professional, helpful and precise in meeting commitments. Our fitter is now sourcing everything from Yate of course.

Had an appointment booked for a Saturday, at 16:30 the Friday before they called and cancelled. Re-booked for another Saturday at 10:00. Sat waiting around until 10:30 when I had to call and chase them up. They then explained that they didn’t have any Design Consultants available today. Yet still left me to ring them and find this out for myself.Terrible customer service, they didn’t care at all when I called and weren’t interested in helping.Would not recommend, spend your time and money elsewhere!
