Spoke to Tina on the phone first of all tried to sell me hundreds of pounds worth of products even though I was calling about a service they offer. It says on the website free consultation but when it came down to it it was £50 just for a consultation. An appointment was made and After I was told this she phoned me again to try and sell products to me that I was not interested in at all. I was asked to send photos via WhatsApp and she told me that Kim was going to phone me and that was going to cost me £50. She made it very clear she wasn’t going to pay £50 as it said it was free on her website. Not long after I’d sent the images that evening I was conveniently told there was a bereavement in the family. This was five hours after I told them I wasn’t going to pay the £50. Very clearly are scammers. Be careful. There’s also been no reviews for 3 years which is dodgy.

I have always found Whiterooms to be professional and friendly. Kim and Tina are very professional and always answer my queries promptly. Treatments are of a high standard. I have used Whiterooms for over 10 years and I will continue to use them.

I finaly took the plunge and had filler in my cheeks and nasolabial folds and am so happy with result! This was the first time I had a filler after thinking about it seriously for well over 2 years. Since hitting my 50s, I have gradually lost a lot of volume around my midface which I just could not disguise anymore, no matter how hard I tried. I did hours and hours of research into the night around all the different products and their different uses, benefits and risks. This was really important to me. I had heard good things about Kim and so decided to take the plunge and booked an appointment. Tina (who books the appointments) was great and explained everything to me carefully and honestly from the beginniing. This reassured me a lot. The session with Kim was exactly what I had wished for. She was very experienced and also listened to me, advising me honestly and wisely. I hardly felt any pain and the fillers in my cheek '(with a bit in my nasolabial folds) made a great difference to my face but everything still looks really natural. I can't believe my luck to have found Kim and will defintely be going back when I need top-ups. I highly recommend her.
