Pets at Home Blackburn

Everything you need and very helpful caring staff, my new puppy Pippin is a regular and the staff always make a fuss.

Bought my first kitten recently and I was super hesitant about what to get. The staff at the Blackburn store were super helpful and had plenty of knowledge on what products would be best. I want to give a shout-out to Amy and a lovely manager who I can’t remember the name off who must have spent over half an hour going through my shopping list on my first visit . And another shout out to Dylan, Every single time I go into the store he is nothing but welcoming present and has plenty of product knowledge. Wonderful staff.

I have visited many times, and the staff have been rude and never mentioned it, especially the guy with piercings at the till, darkish hair, they treat Asians like they new to the planet and haven’t a clue about animals, well excuse me we may know more about animals then you do. Please learn basic customer service skills. Nobody comes in the shop with intention to go home and abuse an animal just because we brown.

Went to buy Syrian hamster got served by a snotty slim girl with black hair showed her a pic of a cage similar to mine didn't know at the time but they sell the cage I have for Syrians to be told I can't sell u one cause the cage is to small ..... for one u sell them for this type of hamster and for two u keep 5 or 6 hamsters in tiny square boxes with sliding doors yet u won't sell me a hamster because a cage I have isn't big enough... I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and the way I was treated think u need to check ur staff on there customer service ... never had a problem before in this shop usually really nice people... until today ..I will shop elsewhere from now on ...

The staff are super friendly and are always happy to help. They will offer advice on products and even warn against certain items in relation to suitability for your pup.Wide range of items and even better that the dogs can shop with you.

Easy Parking, good stock and very helpful staff

Purchased a pet feeder, got home, it didn't work, went back, the staff were ace, opened two more, these didn't work, staff gave me a full refund and we had a laugh. Excellent

Has the essentials but not the best amount of things in. Staff used to be really friendly but they’re not anymore so makes it awkward to go in. Only go in for convenience
